live course date for a full refund minus $50.00 administrative fee.
There are no refunds for a less then 7 day cancellation, you may only
transfer to a different location. We reserve the right to cancel this
course with a one week notice. You will have the choice to either
transfer your registration to another course, exchange for a home study
course or products or receive a full refund.
Return Policy for Home Study Courses and Products
You have the right to return your items for a full refund minus the
shipping fee within 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund will
take place only if: the material you received is not what you requested
or is defective. Please note that any material can be returned ONLY if
the item is still packed in its original plastic film and has not been
opened.
