Reebok RunTone trainers feature the same instability pods as the Easytone, however instead of a pod on the reebok runtone heel and ball of the foot, Reebok have split their muscle activating pods into six, with five located on the heel and zigtech shoes one in the forefoot. By reducing the size of each pod, stability is greatly improved making them much safer to use for running and jogging. Due to reebok easytone the increased forces which come into play when running, Reebok have also increased the cushioning in the midsole to reduce the shockwaves generated when running, absorbing the force of a heavier heel strike.
