Dimitrios Kostopoulos, PT, MD, PhD, DSc, ECS
Dr. Kostopoulos is world renowned, leading expert in Myofascial Pain and the co-founder of Hands-On Care Physical Therapy and Hands-On Seminars in New York.
He earned his Doctorate (PhD) and Master's degrees at New York University and his second Doctorate of Science (DSc) degree at Rocky Mountain University (Clinical Electrophysiology). He is also a medical graduate from UHSA School of Medicine.
Dr. Kostopoulos has extensive training and teaching experience in different areas of manual therapy with emphasis in Trigger Point, MyoFascial, NeuroFascial Therapy and Manipulation. He also specializes in Electroneuromyography Testing and he is a Board Certified Clinical Electrophysiology Specialist.
He is past faculty member of Mercy College, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manipulative Physical Therapy. Dr Kostopoulos is currently serving as Co-chair of AIPT (the private practitioners' special interest group of the New York Physical Therapy Association).
Dr. Kostopoulos has taught students in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa and has published numerous research articles.
He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies published by Elsevier and Contributing Editor of the Indian Journal of Physical Therapy.

Konstantine Rizopoulos, PT, DPT, FABS
Konstantine Rizopoulos is world renowned, leading expert in Myofascial Pain and the co-founder of Hands-On Care Physical Therapy and Hands-On Seminars in New York.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Athens, Greece and has completed extensive post-graduate courses. He has earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy through Evidence in Motion.
Mr. Rizopoulos has extensive experience in the area of manual therapy, particularly in MyoFascial and Trigger Point Therapies, neuromobilization, strain and counterstrain and muscle energy technique approaches. He is a Master Practitioner of Neurolonguistic Programming and specializes in consulting individuals and businesses to identify and unleash their true potential.
Mr. Rizopoulos is an active member of the APTA, Fellow member of the American Back Society and a member of the Hellenic Medical Society. He lectures internationally in conferences and continuing education courses through Hands-On Seminars and has published numerous studies. He is a Contributing Editor for the Indian Journal of Physical Therapy.

 Ines Nakashima, PT, MCMT
Dr. Nakashima is a world renowned expert in Manual Therapy and the developer of CAMT, a High Velocity/Low Amplitude, new and advanced Manual Therapy approach that provides revolutionary results even for the most stubborn and unresolved musculoskeletal, orthopedic and pain problems. Her method integrates the Osteopathic Manipulation concept along with Manual Physical Therapy to create a very effective Manual Therapy approach. She is the Academic Coordinator and faculty member of the Post Graduate Program of Manual Physical Therapy at the University of Ribeirão Preto and the co-founder of Physion Clinic of Spine and Posture and Physion Institute of Health Education, in São Paulo, Brazil.
Ines Nakashima has dedicated her life in the advancement of Manual Physical Therapy and as President of the Brazilian Association of Manual Therapy has shaped the Physical Therapy profession in Latin America. In 2009 she was recognized for Physical Therapy Council with the one of the most prestigious professional awards in Brazil.
Dr. Nakashima alongside with Physion founder, Dr Joel Eufrazio have certified over 3,000 Physical Therapists worldwide in the CAMT concept. Now in a collaborative effort between Hands-On Seminars and Physion Institute, Dr Nakashima teaches this new concept in the US.

 Richard Finn, PTS, CA, CMTPT, CMT, CAAAPM, MCMT
Richard is a graduate of the Academy of Myotherapy and Physical Fitness. He is Board Certified from the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists, and served as president from 1992-94.
He is the Director of Pittsburgh School of Pain Management and serves on the Board of Advisors of the Fibromyalgia Research Foundation, and on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists.

 Janelle Allen MS, PT, MCMT
Janelle is a 1999 graduate of D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY where she received her Master's Degree in the school of Health Sciences in Physical Therapy.
She has been a practicing PT for over 12 years at Kulp Physical Therapy in Rochester, NY which is private outpatient orthopedic clinic that specializes in manual therapy. She specializes in Travell trigger point, muscle energy technique, neuromobilization, strain/counterstrain, and manipulation. She has taken several manual therapy courses throughout her career including the certification program through Hands On Seminars, Shirley Sahrmann, David Butler, James Dunning, and Leon Chaitow. For the past 12 years she has also specialized in vestibular therapy. Shortly after becoming a physical therapist she also became an adjunct professor at Monroe Community College in the biology department. She taught anatomy, pathophysiology, and human dissection classes for 2 years.
She is well respected in the community among other health professionals and has been recommended by several physicians throughout the area. She has been a consultant for the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology presenting instructional seminars to the interpreting students regarding proper posture and exercises. She has worked for Hands on Seminars for 5 years and is a sought out speaker by physical and occupational therapists nationally and internationally and in that time she has graduated several participants from the program.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She has been involved in several charity events including the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and Relay for Life

Kevin Okamura PT, FCAMPT, MCMT
Kevin is a Certified Instructor for Hands On Seminars and a physical therapist for a private clinic in Edmonton, Canada. Kevin received his Physical Therapy degree and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta in Canada.
Kevin is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. Physical Therapists who are Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) have completed extensive post-graduate education in the area of orthopaedics and have achieved internationally-recognized qualifications in manual and manipulative therapy. Fellows are committed to providing the highest level of quality, patient-centered care by combining clinical experience with evidence-based practice.
Kevin has an avid interest in all areas of orthopaedics and has acted as a trainer for a number of amateur sports teams.Kevin is also a clinical instructor with the University of Alberta.

Fredric (Rick) Schwartz, PT, MBA, MCMT, CAMT
Rick is the owner & president of Old Brookville Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation, P.C. the office is preparing for its 25th anniversary Feb. 2010. Rick has a BS in Physical Therapy from SUNY at Buffalo & graduated in 1972. He has an MBA in hospital & healthcare administration from Adelphi University. Over his 37 year career as a PT Rick has had varied work experiences including NYU Rusk Institute, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, nursing homes, home care, New York Institute of Technology/ New York College of Osteopathic Medicine sports medicine clinic, & a certified instructor with Hands on Seminars.
Rick has taken numerous manual therapy classes including some of those offered by Stanley Paris, Mulligan, McConnell taping courses, Barnes, Welfish-Giamateo, Grodin, & was able to audit some osteopathic classes. Rick treats patients from ages 4 to >100 in his practice and pulls from his diverse education to meet their needs. He likes to share his experiences and "pearls of wisdom" with his Hands on Seminar Courses. His philosophy is that you need to keep learning when you think you know it all it is time to retire.

 Andrea Wolkenberg, PT, MA, CKTI, MCMT
Andrea has been a practicing physical therapist for almost 32 years. She graduated in 1979 from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Allied Medical Professions with a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. She also holds a Master's degree in Medical Anthropology in 1986 from the New School for Social Research in New York City. In 2001, Andrea became a Certified Kinesio Taping Instructor.
Although she has spent many years in sub-acute and long term care, her clinical expertise is in manual therapy, having taken numerous continuing education courses with James Cyriax, Laurence Jones, John Mennell, Shirley Sahrmann, Stanley Paris, John Barnes, an many others. She is currently the Director of Physical Therapy at Spine Options, a pain management center in White Plains, NY, specializing in the conservative treatment of back and neck pain. She is also the President of SPINE SOLVERS INC., her own company which provides physical therapy services to individuals, injury prevention and workplace safety seminars to businesses, and Kinesio Taping seminars to health care professionals

 Ron Meador, PT, DPT, MTC, MCMT
Ron Meador has been specializing in manual physical therapy for over 25 years. He is particularly familiar with the philosophies and techniques of noted practitioners such as Paris, Maitland, Cyriax, Butler and Evjenth. He has a particular passion for staying current in the field, disseminating that knowledge with fellow physical therapists, and has been published in The Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy.
Ron holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine For Health Sciences, and received his undergraduate training at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
He has been the owner of Ron Meador Physical Therapy in New York City for over 10 years where he enjoys providing high quality individual care, and has a strong relationship with many of his referring physicians.

 Leonardo Tendrih, DPT, MCMT
Leonardo Tendrih has a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from Universidade Estacio de Sa in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has received his MCMT in 2009, and finished his DPT at A. T. Still University in 2012. He has practiced physical therapy since 2002. Shortly after becoming a physical therapist he served as a clinical instructor at a public neurologic institute in Brazil for 18 months. He has a broad background in all areas of PT, and his specialty is sports medicine and orthopedics. He has done different manual courses through his career such as: Maitland approach, Mobilization of the Nervous System, Mulligan, and PNF. He currently works at InterFysio as a Rehab Staff Coordinator in NYC, and at Best Care Home Health in California.
Leo served as volunteer for a year, treating patients in a low-income neighborhood in Brazil, and was a medical volunteer at the NYC marathon. In his spare time Leo enjoys kayaking, hiking and spending time with his son and wife.

 Simone McDougald, DPT, MCMT
Simone is the clinical director for Hands on Care Physical Therapy,prior to this she owned her own outpatient physical therapy practice for five years.
She has worked with people of all ages including athletes, dancers, and gymnasts.
She has experience with aquatic therapy, chronic pain syndromes, spinal cord injuries and a host of orthopedic and neurological conditions for people of all ages. She has a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Buffalo University,has received her MCMT and is currently in the process of receiving a certification in kinesio taping . She is also a clinical instructor for PT and PTA students.

 Paul Silovsky, PT
Paul Silovsky is an international consultant for physical therapy and other healthcare small businesses and a faculty of Hands-On Seminars and Survival Strategies International. Paul was a graduate of Washburn University in 1985 and received his Physical Therapy Degree from the Kansas University Medical Center in 1987. He is the founder and owner of Rebound Physical Therapy in Topeka Kansas and has both operated and consulted PT and Sports Performance businesses across Kansas and in New Mexico since 1994.
Paul is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kansas Physical Therapy Association (KPTA). He was active on the KPTA Board of Directors from 1997 to 2010 and was the Legislative Chairman for the last 11 of those years. He is now currently involved in the Legislative Committee and KPTA PAC

 Tom Ambury, President of PT Compliance Group
Mr. Tom Ambury, President of PT Compliance Group, is a nationwide consultant for physical therapists in billing, coding, documentation, HIPAA, and compliance. Tom was a graduate
from New York's Ithaca College in 1989. Tom has practiced physical therapy for over twenty years in multiple settings. He found his niche in compliance and eventually received his Certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association.
Tom has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1987 and also a member of the Private Practice Section of the APTA since 2009.  K. Zafer Aksungur, PT, MCMT
K. Zafer Aksungur, PT, MCMT is a Physical Therapist in private practice and a Certified Pilates instructor. His interest and expertise extend from the areas of manual therapy to reflexology and especially Pilates. As a Certified Pilates instructor, he has taught courses on Clinical Pilates, Pilates in pregnancy and classic Pilates. He has he trained over 500 course participants in the Pilates concept and methodology. Michael Shacklock is the founder of the concept of neurodynamics in physiotherapy/manual therapy.
Director and Founder of Neurodynamic Solutions (NDS) for the express purpose of disseminating and developing improved knowledge of neurodynamics in clinical practice. He graduated in 1980 from
Auckland Technical Institute (now Auckland University of Technology) Graduate Diploma in Advanced Manipulative Therapy 1989, University of South Australia Master of Applied Science - University of South Australia 1993. Dr Chaitow is a world renowned practicing naturopath, osteopath, and acupuncturist in the United Kingdom, with over forty years clinical experience. Dr. Chaitow is Editor-in-Chief, of the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies. He regularly lectures in the United States as well as Europe where he instructs physiotherapists (Holland and USA), osteopaths (Spain and UK), chiropractors (Denmark, USA and UK) as well as massage therapists (Ireland, Sweden, USA). He is a senior lecturer by London's University of Westminster on under and postgraduate courses in therapeutic bodywork and naturopathy.
In 1993, he became the first naturopath/osteopath to be appointed as consultant to a UK government-funded conventional medical practice.
A prolific author, Chaitow has written over 60 books on natural health and alternative medicine.
