Cancellation Policy for Live Course Registrations

You have the right to cancel your registration up to 7 days prior to live course date for a full refund minus $50.00 administrative fee. There are no refunds for a less then 7 day cancellation, you may only transfer to a different location. We reserve the right to cancel this course with a one week notice. You will have the choice to either transfer your registration to another course, exchange for a home study course or products or receive a full refund.

Return Policy for Home Study Courses and Products

You have the right to return your items for a full refund minus the shipping fee within 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund will take place only if: the material you received is not what you requested or is defective.
